Leave Island Any Time

Boy this is so true for LIAT. Tonight, flight was supposed to leave Grenada at 7:05pm. At 6:55, we are airborne on our way to Trinidad. Good thing I wasn't too late to the airport! If I had done the usual 30 minutes before the flight thing, I would certainlly have missed it!

Now, this was the first time that I Leave Any Thing (unscramble the first letters of those four words and you get LIAT) in a hotel room. My bras! Good thing I hadn't taken out all from the suitcase.

Nuh bodda talk bout LIAT. Had my baptism with them a few years back. Luckliy I haven't had the long wait of hours to Leave Island Any Time since!

Girl at check in counter when asked what is happening with our flight after waiting for over three hours and nobody says anything to us...( our flight is the last plane scheduled to leave the airport for the night....airport staff all a sleep at dem desk waiting on we fe leave so dem can go a dem yard)!

"I can't give you any information on your flight. When you see de plane come, then you know its time for you to leave!" Talk about customer service!

Ever heard of Better Walk If Able, or But Will It Arrive?? Poor BWIA. Know any Air Jamaica ones?

yup, have had similar experiences on my various caribbean holidays. lackadasical. no air jamaica ones.
