Birthday Buildup

How many days to my birthday? Three. Time for the countdown to start.

Today was exercise. I must not start another year of life in an exercise rut as I have been for the past couple of months. Tomorrow is work, and perhaps exercise, if I can wake up early. Tuesday is the day to look after the toes. And on Wednesday the big day, there is dinner at a nice restaurant, then who knows what. However it turns out, I will be sure to enjoy it.

Oh, just in case people here don't know it's my birthday, I am going to make a sign, just like the one I made last year at university "Today is my birthday" and walk around with it. So you think I'm a nut. That's your biz niz. You see the bottom of my emails? Always do what make YOU happy, what YOU want. Learn dat.

Mich, I've missed the post so the card will not arrive on Wednesday but I'll be sure to log on and give you a big hail up and virtual squeeze on the big day. By the way, ran into Trudy Lewis in a funny way yesterday. All's well otherwise (I'm really trying not to complain, as my plate is full full).

Happy Birthday Mich,

Can't quite believe that we have reached 37. 37? My God!!! How did we get here, or more importantly, when did we get here? Where have the years gone? Seems like it was just yesterday that we sat under the trees at Hugh's. Well, here's hoping for many many more birthdays. You will always be my closest friend, and I will always love you.

'Skin, just letting you know that I dropped off your birthday gift at the hotel...i.e., the phone and the unmentionables.....consider the effort involved in driving across Barbados rush hour traffic in the muggy evening as my gift to u...love and stuff tomorrow, and we will speak. You will be pleased to know I buried the unmentionables in a separate bag from the cell phone.....hope u get 'em, and are happy....

Yeah, I know I have no shame !!

I mean we talked a few days before your birthday and still I forgot. You know that's the worse part of me, I forget birthdays.

Apart from Mom, Antoinette, my sis Stacie, I forget everybody else's birthday, even my best friends, but they have gotten used to it.
