It Soon Come!!!!!

You hever ear anybody so excited about dem birt-day? There's always a first for everything.

So I told you the plans for the pre-birth-day. Rushed off to the foot lady to give these here yamfeet a little bit of loving (got to start with the feet you know!). Now the feet are very fussy. They don't like any and every pedicurist. But I think they liked this one for first thing she brought out was the grater looking device. Yipee. Smooth again. And if that weren't enough, next came the razor. Now I've read that those things are not supposed to be used, but I think today, they were warranted. But what took the cake next, was a paper looking very much like sandpaper....yes, you know the same thing they use on construction sites to smooth the hard walls. Mi was too shame fi look and see if is really sandpaper, but I do believe that's what it was.

I looked up at the calendar and it said October 22. A little bit previous, but just another reminder of the upcoming special day, when I think I alone was born all dem 30-buff years a-back. Of course there are probably millions of people celebrating their special day in the next 15 minutes or so, but I always feel like is me one.

After the lady gingerly put my now soft, colourful feet back into the slippers, I hopped on the bus only to go a mile up the road to the plaza. Had to get a few items in the Wellness store, and picked up some fruits as well, including 2 June plums or pomme cythere as they are called here. For good measure, bought a TCBY sundae....have to complete the food groups naturally.

Hopped on a bus back to my current place of abode, watched part of a movie with Sigourney Weaver and Jennifer Love Hewitt conning the daylights out of people, ordered dinner, ate it, then went to collect my package. How lovely!

The countdown now starts in earnest.....15, 14, 13, 12, etc minutes to go. I will walk around tomorrow with a big grin on my face, and tell everybody that it's my birthday. You don't blame me? When you get told that you look 12 years younger than you really are, that's reason to celebrate baby. What bliss!

Happy happy birthday Mich, glad to know that you have joined me on 37!! Make sure that the information posted on this website is not available in the next few years, so I will be able to start lying about my age.

My advice for the day is to take it easy, let nothing bother you, and remember that you will always be No. 1!!

Love
