These sound really realistic and do-able and would be on a list that I would give you if you were weighty and asked for my help. I could be a fitness coach you know, I can recite all the lines, but unless I am like Lara (di bwoy good) and lead by example, then oona nah go listen to me?

Well as I say below in that post, I went walking this morning and tomorrow, we will up the tempo.

But see if you can try 3 or 4 of those 10 things and gradually change behaviour, that is, those of you who don't look like string beans!
