Spotted in a government building

"NOTICE

Applicants must be properly dressed when applying for a certificate.
Male applicants - no merino, no sleeveless muscle T-shirt will be allowed.
Female applicants - no mini-skirt, no tube tops, no belly skin blouse, no sleeveless blouse.

Good thing I decided not to wear the "belly skin blouse" Thursday morning! I would have been turned back!

I have seen on the door of one of the Wards at a hospital here, "No Dancehall clothes, no bareness of body, no setters. All visitors must be properly attired!"
