Ah got di eating under control. Kewl!
You know I left here last weekend right? Yeah, last Saturday. In Grenada, I only did exercise ONE DAY. Plus I had several scrumptious dinners, like about 4 courses.
Let me tell you about that first before I tell you what I hip-hopping about.
First you get what they call a "pre". It's really an Ameuse Geule (dat spell wrong)...something to amuse your palate. One night it was beef in a sweet chilli sauce....delish. Another night it was shrimp. Very nice. These are tiny portions, like you would get 1 shrimp, or 3 tiny strips of beef.
Then of course there is the bread roll. Whole wheat of course. Then there's an appetizer. One night it was pumpkin crepe. Absolutely delightful. Then there is a soup, for example Cream of Banana, or Tannia Vichysoisse. I usually skips the salad/sorbet course which would come next. Then there is the main course. Then I always have dessert. Coconut cheesecake was last Sunday, there's also always ice cream - Guave, Nutmeg, Cinnamon or some other delightful tropical flavour. Then to top it off, petit fours - small dessert-like things.
With all of that, I feared as I stepped on the scale at the gym today after my Yoga class.
Oh yeah, ho, yeah, arrite.....same as when I left here last Saturday. In the past, when I had not changed my eating habits, I would have put back on a pound or two, guaranteed.
