Woke up at 5am today instead of 6 am for cricket. West Indies is playing England today in my former hometown - Nottingham.
I have to think very hard about where in the world I am and then work out the time appropriate to my current location. All this travelling takes its toll.
Also in addition to getting times mixed up, I will sometimes get people mixed up. When I see a face I recognize, I always have to stop and think for a moment "now which country do I know you from!".
The old age don't help neither.
