I'm hungry

I got up early to watch cricket, but I'll have to wait until 7:00am to order Room Service. Of course I could have the Crunchy Bran cereal (Alpen - 8g fibre per serving!) I brought with me. But why have that when the cooked breakfasts here are so lovely. I had 1/2 slice of French Toast yesterday with my omelette.

Naturally, I spent a long time in the gym later on in the day. The routine was...

10 mins on bicycle to warm up
upper body work for my biceps, triceps, delatoids, pectorials (or pectorals?) and back (don't know official name for those muscles)
20 mins on bicycle
25 mins on treadmill (using incline to work that tush)

For lunch, I had only had a salad and beef soup with 3 bread rolls (needed the carbs to sustain the post-lunch gym work). So for dinner I was allowed to splurge....

Crispy snapper fillet starter
Fish chowder
Cornish Hen with vegetables and coconut rice
Sweet Potato and Cinnamon Pie
2 scoops ice cream

Remember, ah got di eating under control, so don't be alarmed. (And of course there is PMS for an excuse too!)

Lawks, de dinner sound luverly! I caan tell when last me eat a Cornish hen. Used to love them stuffed with wild rice! You a gimme ideas now...but me still a work on my dietary modification! Tomorrow makes week three. Belly looks a bit and definitely feels smaller. So, me can go beach Saturday and big up mi chest?
