I keep forgetting

My brain is like a sieve these days. Everytime that I am doing something which I say to myself "I must remember to blog it", I then come on here and totally forget. So maybe this will be a rambling post...


1. I tweezed out the grey hair and put it in my journal. I have to get tape to tape it down. I have the first one in the journal as well.

2. Went to the gym at a later hour yesterday (about 5pm). Encountered all the muscle men. There was one, who I had seen when I went one lunch time, who was leg pressing over 300 lbs! I cant imagine that. But heck, I couldnt image pressing the 90 lbs that I now do, a couple of years ago.

3. West Indies lost today. The thing is that both that and the Serena Williams/Amelie Mauresmo semi final tennis match were on at the same time, and I watched the tennis match more. Serena was awesome. A true champion. I hope she wins. She either plays Lindsay Davenport or a Russian (I think)

4. I think I am not going to achieve the 5 pound loss I had promised the instructor. The food is too good here. And since I will soon go back to student life and not be able to afford anything so nice, I have to have it all now. Wanna hear what I am having tonight??

Calloo and Cream cheese starter
Sweet Potato and Coconut soup
Yellow fin tuna
Carmelized Nutmeg pods with cinnamon ice cream.

The ice creams are to die for....

Later, dinner calls. Licking my chops from now. My hips are happy too!

Come now missy - I was (lying)leg pressing 360lbs - in drop sets - I thought my trainer was trying to kill me, then I saw the results - the only way to get firm legs! Dont try it though without a spotter!!!
