Thanks for all your advice and perspectives. Sometimes other people know you better than you think you know yourself at a certain point.
So I'm officially unemployed. Shucks....that means having to pay full membership rates at the gym. I'll definitely need a J-O-B.
Posted by yamfoot at July 10, 2004 03:33 PMHappy that you were able to make a decision. Welcome to the job-seeking posse! I'll be there at the end of the month. Hope neither of us will be part of that group for long!! Blessings!

Hi Mich sorry I was not able to comment as I had internet problems for a while. Anyway only you can make decisions that affect YOU and I believe you have made the right choice. You are still young!!! smile so the Phd can wait a while. The challenge now is to find something that you will enjoy doing. so good for you. lata.
Posted by: Cutiemad at July 11, 2004 11:39 AMNot an easy road- the road of "decisionmaking", but it has to be travelled from time to time- and most definitely when you are ready again you will know it. Thanks for reminding me to always follow one's passion and also allowing us to impart and receive insight from others.
Posted by: Nicky at July 11, 2004 11:54 AMIs it not wonderful when the world is your oyster??!?!?! When all you have to think about is pursuing your dreams?!?!? ;)
Getting older means only a bigger number - mentally you know that we are always those 17 y-o dancing fanatics!!!

Posted by: Eric at July 11, 2004 02:37 PMWell I'm glad you made your decision yammie. Must have been pure torture.

Actually Digicel may actually be looking for a training manager. I will check this week and let you know if you are interested.
Princess P.....maybe dem mosquitoes in Burbados immune to the electric repellents. Try the ones you rub on, but careful that you don't get them on broken skin. May burn.
The condition that you get from bites (Papular Urticaria) ent curable. If you react to bits badly, it will always happen. Check a doc for a steroid/antibiotic combination eg. Fucicort for the new bites....helps with the itching and prevents them becoming infected? Apart from that, this condition is best prevented. Don't get bitten. Of course easier said than done.
What's the going rate for consultations on this website again Yammie? I suppose I can trust you to collect on my behalf and you will get you 'cut!' :-)))
