But how could I resist the decadent Chocolate Mousse at dinner tonight, topped with smooth Chocolate ice cream??????
The last supper was great. It started out with Excellent Service with the order-taker. Really top class. Then the meal....
Fish Cake (made with Mahi Mahi instead of Saltfish) with a nice sauce
Dasheen soup (very very nicely seasoned)
Chicken with a Potato and Cheese Pie, and Farine Cake (Farrine is Cassava ground up)
Chocolate Mousse with Chocolate ice cream
I won't eat like that for a while, so had to enjoy it.
Hey, no, that's not right. I am on my way to the Kingdom of Princess P tomorrow, and she is a gourmet Chef-ette in her own right.
Well tomorrow is Big Breakfast (name of a show that used to be on in England) for sure. It will include Guava Pancakes for sure.
And then before I fly out, I will have the toes done. I could grate Coconut on my Yamfeet-bottoms.
