Going to Sugar Island

Leaving for St Kitts today on an 8-week assignment. Will let you know how I getting on....

I like St Kitts, so I will be very happy there I know.

Hop over to Nevis on a catamarran...I really enjoyed that. Red Mango is not a bad restaurant in St. Kitts.

I remember sugar city as dusty
exams in 6 days
try not to take any pills after 6 p.m. - Perhaps you should try the Minigynon in the morning after breakfast when you brushing your teeth.
