I'm lacking it. At the gym.
The other day, I was there just going through the motions, thinking that I didnt really want to be there. Then came Mark, so I got going with more energy. He's really a cool dude (not to mention that he's good looking and has a good body!!!).
Tonight I also didn't feel into it at all, and although I saw Mark again tonight, it did nothing for me. I left after an hour. That's unusual for me.
I stopped doing heavy weights...tried to see if the cardio, yoga, pilates combo would work for me where losing weight is concerned. It hasn't. I stepped on the scale tonight and I'm 219. And no, I haven't been eating any different. And I feel fatter too. I put on the jeans today and it didn't feel lose like it did two weeks ago.
A never ending struggle. I have to make sure I get enough sleep so that doesn't act as a hindrance. And I have to start back pumping heavier weights.
