Yoga, 1 hour and about 10 mins. Fell over a couple of times. Keeping my balance is very challenging! All good fun.
Lat pull dows 3 x 15 reps 4 bars (dont know how many pounds that it)
2 other back exercises on the cable machine 3 x 12 reps
Vertical butterfly 3 x 12 reps 2 bars
Seated chest press 3 x 12 reps 2 bars
Seated incline press 3 x 12 reps 1 bar (I have a neck issue which makes anything more very painful)
15 minutes on treadmill 5 minutes 3.5mph, about 4 mins jog @ 5mph, rest of time 3.5 mph @ incline level 5 (half the maximum)
10 minutes bicycle (5 mins Level 4, rest of time at Level 2 - 3)
Tomorrow is Pilates and more cardio. Haven't done enough for the week. Hopefully won't get a muscle contraction in my stomach muscle tomorrow, like the last time! Actually I dont have any muscle in my stomach...what am I talking about!!
