Side shoulder raises 3 x 12 reps
Shoulder shrugs 3 x 15 reps
Shoulder press 3 x 12 reps
Bicep curls 3 x 12 reps
Tricep extensions (push down) 2 x 15 reps, 2 bars
Stretched
Elliptical runner, 20 mins, Level 3
Bicycle 25 mins, Level 2 - 4
Danced around in aerobics room by myself to Sean Paul (Dutty Rock) 15 mins
Tricep extensions (cable machine) 2 x 12 reps, 1 bar
So 1 hour of cardio today.
Tomorrow is a rest day, then Sunday will be Yoga and legs I think.

it's not all about size anyway....you're obviously fit to do all that. if i tried i would a) pass out or b) not be able to move for a week!
