But it's not the same as Stu's own. The supermarket only had one brand. Nevertheless, there are 11 grams of unsoluble fibre (or 47% of your daily requirement) in a one cup serving, so I'll gladly take it.
(It look like the dry dog food I serve our mutts. Hope it taste good)
On the box there is a picture of two clearly middle aged people, indicating that that's who the product is targetted to. I not middle age, but I sure do need them 11 grams.
Posted by yamfoot at January 31, 2005 07:14 PMYammie, I know that you want to lose weight, but mind say you disappear, you know!?
Posted by: mad bull at January 31, 2005 08:10 PMYou got the what?
Posted by: Dr. D. at January 31, 2005 09:34 PMWhat kind is it? I also got two of their other kinds too. One I think was Cinnamon and something. I don't like it as much as Go Lean Crunch. That's my favorite. You can't argue with that fiber count in such a small serving though :)
Posted by: Stu at January 31, 2005 11:41 PMKashi? sound like something you roll up in a piece of paper and smoke! Mind you know Yammie!
Posted by: AngryDog at February 1, 2005 02:20 PMgotta agree with the dog , that kashi soun like it might cure glucoma and be illegal in certain areas.lol

Posted by: Michelle at February 1, 2005 11:31 PMThe kashi thing don't sound too inviting at all. Dried dog food??? Why is it that whatever is supposed to be good for you always look, smell and taste horrible. The bad stuff always taste so good. Guess I'll just die happy.
Posted by: scratchie at February 2, 2005 10:40 AMActually it tastes quite nice. Not as 'horsish' as Kellogs All Bran. And more fibre too.
