He diagnose me online. Says it is called costochondritis, so I will tell mi docta dat Dr D say is dat!
I was just reading up the symptoms, and they sound very familiar.

Likkle Non-Steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs (eg. Cataflam, Voltaren...AKA Diclofenac) should help. And the bill for the on-line consult has been e-mailed. P.S. (I don't accept cheques....don't like rubber duckies!) ;-)
